Low-income student extrajudicially executed on January 25, 2019, in the hamlet of El Bosque, El Tocuyo, Lara State, by FAES officials. It is presumed he was executed after being accused of participating in a protest in front of the residence of Mayor Gisela Rodríguez. Members of the Special Action Forces detained him, and he was later found dead with a gunshot wound to the head. No FAES officers have been arrested or charged, and his family has been denied copies of his case file.
